Transitioning over to Traverse Independence
This pivotal moment sparked a rebranding initiative to reflect the organization's new direction. We sought a fresh identity with a new name, logo, and colors, while also redefining our values, mission statement, and vision.
Thus, Traverse Independence was born! A consultant engaged with staff members to capture the essence of our culture. Through exercises called "words of influence," staff shared their thoughts about the organization. The season that resonated most was spring, symbolizing new growth and freshness. The color green was chosen, and the vision that emerged was a walking trail with a river in sight.
With these insights, our new logo, colors, and brand were created, embodying the spirit of Traverse Independence.
